Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operators of Secret Stocks. Please read them carefully — Section 10 requires disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration and waives class actions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Secret Stocks platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Where presented with a click-through consent prompt (clickwrap), checking the acknowledgment box and continuing constitutes your express, affirmative acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Secret Stocks operates strictly as a technology provider and financial-data publisher. It disseminates impersonal, automated analyses, historical financial data, and directional signals to the general public. The Platform relies on the publisher’s exclusion under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction.

3. No Investment Advice

The content, automated analyses, and directional signals (including ‘Buy’, ‘Hold’, and ‘Sell’ indicators) published on this platform are provided strictly for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. This platform, its parent entities, and its operators are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners in any jurisdiction. The information provided does not constitute, and should not be construed as, a personal recommendation, individualized financial advice, or a solicitation to buy, hold, or sell any security or financial instrument. All outputs are generated on an entirely impersonal basis, without regard to the specific investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or time horizon of any individual user. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and are strongly advised to consult with a licensed financial professional before executing any transactions based on the information provided herein.

4. AI-Generated Content & Approval Process

Transparency Notice: All analytical narratives, summaries, and directional trading signals (‘Buy/Hold/Sell’) published on this platform are generated entirely by an automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) system utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and algorithmic data processing. Articles pass through a human approval gate that performs a plausibility check (verifying that outputs are not obviously malformed, offensive, or severely hallucinated) before publication. This approval gate is operated by a non-licensed individual and does NOT constitute professional financial review, fact-checking against original filings, or any form of editorial quality assurance comparable to traditional financial publishing. The AI system evaluates raw third-party financial data using probabilistic algorithms, which may result in outputs that are inconsistent, contradictory, or structurally flawed. This platform does not guarantee the logical soundness, computational accuracy, or market viability of the AI-generated outputs. For a full description of our pipeline and approval gate, see our Methodology.

5. Data Accuracy & Limitations

Disclaimer of Accuracy and AI Hallucinations: The platform relies exclusively on raw financial data (including but not limited to P/E ratios, cash flows, and margins) sourced from third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The operators make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this third-party data. Furthermore, the generative AI models utilized to interpret this data are probabilistic text-generation systems that are highly prone to generating false, misleading, or entirely fabricated information—a technological phenomenon known as ‘AI hallucinations’. The AI may conflate data points, miscalculate financial metrics, or invent non-existent market events. Users must independently verify all financial data, metrics, and narrative claims through official corporate filings (e.g., SEC EDGAR, company investor relations portals) before relying on them for any financial decision.

6. Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability: Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk, including the potential loss of the entire principal investment. By accessing and using this platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with your trading activities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its founders, developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, the content provided on this platform.

7. EU MAR Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: As of the date of this publication, the operators of Secret Stocks hold no financial position (long, short, or derivative) in the equity discussed. This disclosure is provided in accordance with Article 3(1)(35) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Where this status changes for a specific publication, the relevant position will be disclosed in proximity to that content.

8. Force Majeure (Technological Failures)

In addition to traditional Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, civil unrest), Secret Stocks explicitly classifies specific technological failures as exculpatory events. We shall not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or platform downtime resulting from:

  • Third-party API latency or data outages (e.g., Financial Modeling Prep API failures).
  • System outages, server downtime, or routing issues.
  • Large Language Model (LLM) behavioral shifts, concept drift, or sudden degradation in AI generation quality (“AI hallucinations”).

9. Prohibition of Automated Trading & Data Scraping

The use of web crawlers, scraping bots, or direct API hooks to extract directional signals (“Buy,” “Hold,” “Sell”), ratios, or automated narratives from this platform for the purpose of algorithmic or high-frequency trading is strictly prohibited. You may not use our proprietary data pipelines or AI outputs to train external machine-learning models or to execute automated trades.

10. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.

By using this Platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the AI-generated outputs, or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through mandatory binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be seated in the State of Delaware, USA, and administered under the applicable rules of a recognized arbitration body.

Class Action Waiver: You further agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Secret Stocks and its operators.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive seat for any arbitration is Delaware. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application of consumer protection or other laws of any other jurisdiction is expressly excluded.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as the Platform evolves or as legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Operator identification and the data-protection contact are provided in the Imprint (Impressum).
